When checking out, please provide your landline and work information in the Special Instruction Box.

Please write as: “This is my first time renting.  My home landline is….; My work email is…;my company website is ….”

 It takes from 2 to 48 hours for your first order to be approved. 

1) Can I get INSTANT APPROVAL?

Yes you can. A full-value deposit for the equipment replacement is required. During checkout, please mention something as the below in the Special Instruction box:

“This is my first time renting and I would like to give you a deposit for the full amount of the lens on my credit card.”

As soon as we receive your order, we will start to process your request immediately and you do not need to call us. A confirmation email will be sent to you.  

Your deposit will be refunded in full once the rental items are returned as they were rented out with normal usage.

2) Important Note

Our verification process prevents Identity Theft. Therefore, please note that we do not consider information such as cell numbers, or email accounts (Gmail, Hotmail, etc.) as valid information to verify who you are. However, your work email and landline are valid information.

To rent expensive or large order items valuing more than $5000, you must have a good rental history with us and each rental request will be reviewed based on a case by case bases.
